Editor’s Note

The research articles included in this issue address various dimensions of sports sciences by examining individuals’ academic, psychological, and professional development processes from a multidimensional perspective. Conducted with diverse samples ranging from secondary school and university students to individuals working in the private sector, the studies focus on contemporary and significant concepts such as academic motivation, self-efficacy, school climate, career awareness, quality of life, and the glass ceiling syndrome. In this respect, the issue brings together high-quality research that highlights not only the physical but also the educational, psychological, and social impacts of sport.

The published studies present a broad thematic scope, including the mediating role of social anxiety in academic motivation, the relationship between health outcomes and quality of life, the effects of school climate on career awareness, and the structural barriers faced by women in the workplace. We believe that the findings of these studies will contribute both theoretically and practically to researchers and practitioners, while also strengthening interdisciplinary perspectives within the field of sports sciences. We would like to thank all contributing authors and reviewers for their valuable efforts and hope that this issue serves as a meaningful resource for the academic community.
